EPIC Bikini Contest: Official Terms & Conditions

By submitting your comp card, portfolio, photos, voting profile information, and personal information for consideration in the EPIC Bikini Contest at Tailgate Beach Club at Mandalay Bay, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility Requirements

• Age: All applicants and contestants must be at least 21 years of age to participate. Proof of age and identity will be required if selected.
• Valid ID: If chosen as a contestant, you must bring a valid government-issued ID to the event for age and identity verification.
• Location, Date & Availability: The contest takes place at Tailgate Beach Club at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada, on August 15th, 2026. The live event is scheduled from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Day-of-event submissions stop at 1:00 PM. Applicants must be available to travel to and attend the event.
• Travel Costs: EPIC Models & Talent, official sponsors, event partners, venue partners, Tailgate Beach Club, and Mandalay Bay are not responsible for contestant flights, hotels, ground transportation, meals, parking, lodging, or any other travel-related expense unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
• Representation: Both agency-represented and self-represented models are welcome to apply. If you are agency-represented, it is your responsibility to ensure this submission does not violate your agency contract.

2. Selection, Posting & Voting Process

• Contestant Display: Up to one hundred (100) girls may be selected, numbered, posted, and displayed on the main EPIC Bikini Contest page for promotion and fan voting.
• Notification: Selected girls will be notified by email. Selected girls may also be announced on the official contest page, EPIC Models & Talent pages, and related social channels.
• Fan Voting: Fan voting may be used for engagement, promotional visibility, and separate Fan Favorite recognition. The contestant who receives the most Fan Favorite votes may receive the additional $2,500 Private Tailgate Cabana prize package. Final contest placement, judging, cash prize eligibility, and official results remain subject to EPIC Models & Talent contest rules, judging, and event operations.
• No Guarantee of Selection: Submitting an application does not guarantee selection, posting, voting placement, entry into the live contest, prize eligibility, or compensation.

3. Submission Materials & Accuracy

• A complete submission requires accurate physical statistics, current contact information, valid ID upload, preferred headshot, and three (3) to five (5) clear photographs.
• By applying, you certify that all submitted measurements, photos, age information, and contact details are current and accurate.

4. Media Rights & Usage

• If selected, you authorize EPIC Models & Talent to post your name, image, public social handle, city/state, contestant number, voting status, and contestant status on the main contest page and social channels.
• If selected to compete, you agree to be photographed, filmed, and recorded at the publicized Las Vegas Swim Week event. Event organizers and sponsors retain the right to use this media for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes in perpetuity.

5. Prize, Taxes & Conduct

• The advertised prize structure may include cash prizes and prize packages, including the listed placement prizes and the separate $2,500 Private Tailgate Cabana prize package for Fan Favorite.
• Winners are solely responsible for applicable taxes and may be required to complete tax documentation before prize disbursement or prize fulfillment.
• All selected models are expected to conduct themselves professionally and follow venue, event, health, safety, and security requirements.

6. Liability Waiver

By submitting this form and/or participating in the contest, you release and hold harmless EPIC Models & Talent, Tailgate Beach Club, Mandalay Bay, venue partners, sponsors, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, voting results, promotional display, prize fulfillment, or travel-related incidents.
